Therapy Sessions Offered
To provide the highest quality, nature‑based occupational therapy services without insurance‑driven limitations, From the Ground Up is a cash‑based practice. Payment is made directly at the time of each session.
We offer a range of specialized therapy sessions designed to meet your child's unique needs. Our approach integrates the therapeutic benefits of nature with occupational therapy interventions, providing a unique and effective path for growth.
Clients may use HSA funds to pay for occupational therapy services at From the Ground Up. Because OT is considered a qualified medical expense, most HSA plans allow payment directly using an HSA card. Some plans may request a treatment plan or Letter of Medical Necessity from your child’s healthcare provider, you will need to verify payment with your insurance provider.

Group Intervention Sessions
Engaging group sessions designed to foster social skills, cooperation, and shared problem-solving in a supportive, nature-based environment.

4 session package: $300
Individual Treatment Sessions
Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to address specific developmental goals and therapeutic needs in a focused, nature-enriched setting.
